Family Time Services - Centre or Community Based - Everyday
There is no difference in charges based on times/days for our services. Similarly there is no difference in cost whether centre or community based. Family Time sessions are a *Minimum of 90 minutes*

Travel - Milage & Time
POA
Charges are per visit based on upto 1 hour. Any travel beyond a 10 mile radius of our office in Exeter City Centre is charged per 5 mile/15 minute increments to cover time and milage.
- Our Charges include VAT - Nothing is added on to invoices without us discussing it first. For example, there might be travel charges, early arrival or additional reporting required, but we will discuss that with you.
- Payment for services must be received 3 full days before the session. Late payment may result in the planned work being cancelled. Sessions cancelled less than 3 days before, or sessions which do not go ahead due to either parent or the child are not refundable.
- All invoices and payments are sent and received electronically.
- We do not accept cash.
- Concessionary Rates may be available - please email us.
- Agency and Charity funded referrals accepted.
- Services are delivered under the terms of our Service Agreement and organisational policies.
- Charges are subject to change and will be reviewed annually.
