
Our Getting Together programme supports families who need help beginning family time sessions—whether they are starting for the first time or reconnecting after a long break. The programme runs for six weeks from the point we receive registration from both parents, and its purpose is to provide structured guidance that helps family time get off to a positive and sustainable start.
What Happens?
Week-By-Week EXAMPLE
Start - Registration from both parents
Week 1 - Service planning and child preparation session
Week 2 - Either 90 minute family time session at the family hub or a further child preparation session.
Week 3 - 90 minute family time session at the family hub.
Week 4- 90 minute family time session at the bowling alley and arcade.
Week 5- 90 minute family time session at the local park with lunch and a brief chat with the child about how they have found the sessions..
Week 6- Review discussions with parents and agreement for what happens next.
Costs
Parents pay a one off fee for the programme which includes the registration to the service, preparation discussions with both parents, child preparation, 3 or 4 family time sessions (depending on what prep work is required) and a review at the end, session reports and summary report at the end.
Pricing is location dependent but is typically around £650 inclusive
