Family Time / Contact Services - Centre or Community Based - Everyday
There is no difference in charges based on times/days for our services. Similarly there is no difference in cost whether centre or community based.

Initial Referral - Per Family
70.00 including VAT
Payable once all parties referral documentation is completed. The initial child introductory visit is not included in the above charge and if required an additional £30 fee is due. Concessionary rates may be available.
Video and Phone Family Time

Observed and managed video or phone calls
Charged per 30 minutes and includes a written report

Letterbox/Gift Exchange

Letter/Post/Gift Exchange and other alternate methods of contact. All letters/gifts are checked carefully and delivered within 48 hours of receipt as detailed in our service agreement
Community Child Support Services
Charges are per visit based on upto 1 hour. Any travel beyond a 10 mile radius of our office in Exeter City Centre is charged per 5 mile/15 minute increments to cover time and milage.
Welfare Check

Visits to a child or adult in their home, school, workplace and we provide a report
Independent Child Perspective / Wishes & Feelings

Enabling, Advocacy, Escorting and Handover Support

Co-Parenting Agreement

One off package service to assist in the production of a co-parenting or separated parenting agreement to include two adult parties and children
Co-Parenting Case Management

Ongoing go-between service at a fixed fee short or long term. Based on up-to 1 hour per week support
Miscellaneous
No charge is made if a safeguarding condition is met as detailed in our service agreement
Duplicate Reports / Correspondence / Printed & Posted

All documentation is provided electronically whilst an active client of South West Family Services but if you need it printed and posted to you we charge a nominal fee
If you need duplicate copies it is charged at 5.00 per document
Communication Logs and Case Files Disclosure

A full copy of all documents, reports, communication records and miscellaneous information can be provided on request electronically or in paper form under the terms of our service agreement
A quotation is provided before the disclosure
There is always an understanding that full transparent and impartial disclosure is provided to all parties as detailed in our service agreement
Referral To Other Services

Court Statements and Witness Attendance

Attending court to give evidence or providing witness statements is not included in any activity provided by South West Family Services but a quotation can be provided on request

With family members, legal representatives or other professionals. No charge is made if a safeguarding condition is met as detailed in our service agreement

Notes Regarding Our Services & Charges
- Charges are generally all inclusive
- VAT is not charged in addition, it is already included in the rates detailed above. If VAT is to be charged it will be clearly detailed in correspondence and on the invoice.
- Payment for self-funded services must be received 3 days before the session
- Late payment will result in the planned work being cancelled
- Sessions cancelled, or sessions which do not go ahead due to either parent or the child are not refundable as detailed within our charging policy which is 48 hours before the session
- All invoices and payments are sent and received electronically
- Please note we do not accept cash
- Concessionary Rates may be available - please email us
- Agency and Charity funded referrals accepted
- Services are under the terms of our Service Agreement and various organisational policies.
- Charges are subject to change and will be reviewed annually
- Sessions are booked once payment is made and no regular slots or holding times will be offered until full payment is received
