Talking provides a space for you to navigate emotional life changes.

Cost & Location: We can offer an initial sessions with a reduced registration fee of £30. This is currently being reduced to FREE of charge for any current clients of SWFS.

Ongoing sessions are around 50 minutes and can take place on MS Teams or Zoom platforms, in person or by  telephone call and will be discussed during the initial consultation with the team.

Step by step: 

Step 1 - Client emails to enquire

Step 2 - SWFS will contact the client, discuss the service and agree if it's suitable, complete the registration and agree dates and locations. 

Step 3 - Agree a pattern of sessions

This service is currently only offered to those 18 years or older. If you are seeking support for a child or young person please reach out to us and we will signpost you if we can. 

Costs: 

There is no cost to active clients of SWFS too register or for the initial session. 

If you are not an active client (or have not been active for more then 6 months) there will be a one-off £30 registration fee to cover the administrative costs.

The first session is included in the registration fee. Then we offer reduced price sessions ongoing at £30 for upto 30 minutes or £50 upto 50 minutes.
