Payable once all parties referral documentation is completed. The initial child introductory visit is not included in the above charge and if required an additional £40 fee is due. Concessionary rates may be available. 

Charged per handover. Travel charges may apply, please enquire. 

Observed and managed video or phone calls

Charged per 30 minutes and includes a written report 

Letter/Post/Gift Exchange and other alternate methods of contact. All letters/gifts are checked carefully and delivered within 48 hours of receipt as detailed in our service agreement

Ongoing go-between service at a fixed fee short or long term. Based on up-to 1 hour per week support

One off package service to assist in the production of a co-parenting or separated parenting agreement to include two adult parties and children

Visits to a child or adult in their home, school, workplace and we provide a report

All documentation is provided electronically whilst an active client of South West Family Services but if you need it printed and posted to you we charge a nominal fee

A full copy of all documents, reports, communication records and miscellaneous information can be provided on request electronically or in paper form under the terms of our service agreement

A quotation is provided before the disclosure

There is always an understanding that full transparent and impartial disclosure is provided to all parties as detailed in our service agreement

With family members, legal representatives or other professionals. No charge is made if a safeguarding condition is met as detailed in our service agreement

Charged hourly

If held 'in-person' a milage charge is added from our head office EX4 3LS

Attending court to give evidence or providing witness statements is not included in any activity provided by South West Family Services but a quotation can be provided on request

There is always an understanding that full transparent and impartial disclosure is provided to all parties as detailed in our service agreement

Charges are per visit based on upto 1 hour. Any travel beyond a 10 mile radius of our office in Exeter City Centre is charged per 5 mile/15 minute increments to cover time and milage.
