Step 1 - Complete the registration form on our website. We will review once received, email you to confirm receipt and let you know if we need anything more.
During the registration you can pay the registration fee or indicate the reason why you are not.
We can send an invoice for the registration fee.
Registration and payment of the fee is required to move on to Step 2.
Step 2 - We contact the other parent and any other professionals you've detailed to full assess the service.
Registration from both parents/carers, and payment of the registration fee is required before we can move on to Step 3
Step 3 - Service planning meeting with both parents/carers and any other professionals who need to be involved. A risk assessment is completed and services agreed including dates, times, expectations and anything else you or we need to clarify. These are usually held on Teams.
Registration from both parents/carers, payment of the registration fee and service planning meetings must be completed before we can move on to Step 4
Step 4 - When appropriate we are always happy to do a preparation session with the children. This can be in one of our family hubs, the community, school, home or by Teams. We can also send photos or videos and child-friendly information to help you prepare them for the first session if required. We recognise the first session can be daunting for little (and big!) people and we want them to feel included and part of this - it is about them after all!
Once completed, the services can begin.

Our Charges include VAT - Nothing is added on to invoices without us discussing it first. For example, there might be travel charges, early arrival or additional reporting required, but we will discuss that with you.
Payment for services must be received 3 full days before the session. Late payment may result in the planned work being cancelled. Sessions cancelled less than 3 days before, or sessions which do not go ahead due to either parent or the child are not refundable.
All invoices and payments are sent and received electronically.
We do not accept cash.

Agency and Charity funded referrals accepted
Services are delivered under the terms of our Service Agreement and organisational policies.
Charges are subject to change and will be reviewed annually
Reports (if included) are usually sent by the end of the next working day or within 48 hours.
Reviews are conducted by the team after every session, and a formal more structured report is completed with parents and children regularly.
