Our 12‑week Soho Approach Parenting Course in small groups (sometimes 1-2-1) which will provide a nurturing, practical, and non‑judgemental space for parents to explore their parenting, strengthens relationships and help parents feel more confident at home.
Over the 12 weeks, parents are supported to make small, manageable changes that lead to long‑term, meaningful improvements in family life. There is no test or exam, no pass or fail.

We partner with local authorities to deliver the course using the well-known Solihull Approach. We can also accept referrals from private paying clients.
It takes 12 weeks. The course is 'in-person' not online.
Costs can sometimes be subsidised - please contact the office to discuss.

Understanding Emotions—Yours and Your Child’s
We help parents recognise and respond to the feelings behind behaviour. This includes learning how to support children through big emotions, strengthen resilience, and build emotional literacy at home.

We honour parents’ strengths and experiences. The course provides reassurance, guidance, and space to reflect, helping parents feel more confident in their role and more equipped to handle daily challenges.
A Supportive Community Around You
Parents participate alongside others facing similar challenges. Each session offers a warm, respectful space where everyone’s voice is valued. Many families say this sense of community becomes one of the most powerful parts of the course.
